WHAT TIME IS IT?

2 years ago, you would never have seen me with gold jewelry, I thought it didn't match to my skin or style. Today I love gold jewelry as well as silver one. These days a gold watch is really hip and one of the it-pieces of this season (think of the big comeback of the gold Rolex!). As I have some issues with really expensive watches (I'm always afraid of losing them), I was looking for a nice gold one at a normal price range. Suddendly I remembered that I already have one in my dresser. My dad gave it to me at my confirmation at the age of maybe 13 or 14. It's in perfect condition and just needs a new battery. The search is over and I say hello again to my Vintage (10 years is a long time!) Laura Biagiotti watch. It has dried flowers inside and looks really special. I love the athletic strap compared with the romantic elegant face. Thats why I always keep my jewelry even I don't like it yet, but maybe someday I will love it...

While probably most of you are attending the Sex and the City 2 pre-screenings or even double-features at the moment, I'm very excited for the movie (and I don't want to bother you with expectations or rumors now) and I will watch it at the weekend as I want to celebrate with some girlfriends, cosmopolitans and prosecco - and as those drinks will not work with the office the next day, we decided to wait. I want to get carried away soon, so I did already choose my outfit or at least the 3 possible outfits I could wear and the best of it: its your choice! SUNSHINE

I love bank holidays, especially when they are sunny! Thats why I spent yesterday sitting in the sun and it felt like loading my battery. We sat in the beergarden for hours and had a wonderful day with friends. I wore costume national pants with my new asos brogues, a GiLara tee, my Balenciaga bag, Etro bracelet, a vintage cuff, Tom Ford sunglasses and a necklace from Italy. How was your weekend? PLAYFUL

 

I had some fun taking pictures friday night at the cinema (with my blackberry as I forgot my camera!). We went to see Prince of Persia (good one!) and I couldn't resist to play around with these guys. The enormous poster of Toy Story 3 got my attention first and I wanted to cuddle this cute pink fury animal and then I've been told its the bad guy! The Buzz Lightyear is made out of Lego (amazing work) and seemed to be protected by his shield of taking pictures as it was really difficult to get a good one, as the "stones" were so shiny! Last I stopped by the Chipmunks and played Where's Wally!

FASHION SHOW

Hello my lovelies, sorry for neglecting my blog the last days, I was really busy with several projects. Thursday night I attended the ESMOD Munich Fashion Show of this years alumni. I saw the 2nd show of the best 20 students (there is another show with all outfits earlier in the day and national and international judges review the outfits the weeks before) and of course my camera battery broke during the show and believe me the last were really the best!(sorry for the bad pictures I just had the small camera with me as I attended the after show as well!) It is really weird to see this show as I graduated already 3 years ago and can't believe it's been such a long time! I was a bit disappointed of the first outfits and suprised by the last! I wish all alumni the best for their careers!

WARNING: THE SUN IS MISSING

Even the sun is more than absent these days, I love sun glasses, especially big black ones. They give some glamour to any outfit and I am thinking about Breakfast at Tiffany's and we all love Audrey Hepburn, right! But when I really need some sunglasses -  I never have some with me. My boyfriend gave me a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers to my birthday and I try to take these with me everyday but when it is rainy I put them aside and with the first shafts of sunlight I regret it immediately. Even worse, the place where I have never ever some nice sunglasses, is in my car. I always forget to put a pair inside or I take them with me again as I don't want to leave my beloved sunnies behind. Yesterday I recollected two vintage sunglasses from my mum, she gave me when I was 15. I think they are left from the 70s and I did put them aside a long time ago. I decided to give them another chance and call it my official car driving sunglasses. What do you think do you like my cow pattern sun glasses? As vintage is chic, these two deserve their new chance, arent they?

These days I have to dress for many occasions, sun (1 hour in the morning), a lot of rain, wind, work and walks with my dog. VIOLA DREAMS

I love this dress, I bought it almost a year and a half ago in Paris. It was one of the most romantic and perfect trips I made. I went with my boyfriend after christmas til the new year and we had a really great time. I wasn't able to shop so much as we did a lot of sight seeing, but I found this dress in a really cute little shop. Even I complain so much about the weather lately it was the right time to wear it again. I am wearing a simple shirt with a deep neck underneath from Primark, sorry I forgot to write it down... Blogger Convention with Scott Schuman

Scott Schuman is coming to Germany tomorrow! Woohoo, It is really exciting and I can't be there! I think he is really THE fashion blogger of our time and I love his blog!

The founder of the fashion blog “The Sartorialist” will be a guest of Wertheim Village (an outlet center in the middle of nowhere, just kidding somewhere between Frankfurt and Würzburg). He will lead a little blogger convention and discuss about democratisation of fashion together with young bloggers and fashion students, it would have been nice to meet other bloggers as well. Of course there will be a book signing session later on.



For all, who can't be there, the convention will also be broadcasted onto the Wertheim Village website via livestream at the same time.

COLORFUL

I love colorful cardigans! At the weekend I mostly dress with jeans, a shirt or a blouse and a cardigan and with the bad weather from last weeks I  desperately needed some color in my life. Its funny how the weather affects my oufit choices. When it is grey and rainy outside I feel more to soft tones, grey and black and as soon the weather seems better I need some colors and sometimes when the weather is really depressing I even choose the brightest color in my closet!

I have a huge problem, ok its not really a problem, I blame myself that I didn't order at asos earlier and now my wish list is so huge I can't decide what to order. (I like small orders more, they give me the feeling I´'m not such a shopaholic!) You understand me, right??? Well, I'm searching for a nice pair of brogues and can't decide which pair I should take. The first pair: I love the color, but it seems a bit beaked and not so round like the second and the third pair??? The second pair is more expensive and I'm not sure if a two-tone pair was really what I wanted. I think it is really nice but I don't know if I can wear it with everything? The last pair: I really like the shape but not so much the color as I wanted a nude or beige pair of brogues! I'm confused! So my lovelies, now its your turn to help my! CHIC FOOD

I promised to upload the pictures from our delicious dinner friday night! It was so good, I still can remember the taste of the soup, probably one of the best I've ever tried! It' called creole food, and I've never tasted it before but I felt the caribbean influences and felt some holiday mood! The restaurant was very cute too and everything was decorated so tasteful and made with love! It was a lovely evening!
